A Wyoming Lease Termination Letter Form (30-Day Notice) may be used by either a landlord or a tenant to meet legal requirements for informing the other party of an intent to end a tenancy at a rental property. The document will allow either party to remain in compliance with any lease agreement that contains a requirement for 30 days notice prior to vacating the premises.
The number of days’ notice given must be either the one listed in the lease agreement or the maximum given by the State. Since Wyoming law does not specific a notice period, the recommended number of days is thirty (30) days or the number of days stipulated on the lease, whichever is later.
