Pennsylvania Standard Residential Lease Agreement Form

Updated April 18, 2024

A Pennsylvania standard residential lease agreement is a rental contract with a set start and end date, usually one (1) year, between a landlord and tenant. The most common type of lease, it’s used for most tenancy relationships with rent being paid on the 1st of every month. Before lease signing, the landlord will usually search the tenant’s credit profile and verify their employment to make sure the monthly rent will be paid.
