A Georgia commercial lease agreement is used to officialize an arrangement between a commercial tenant and a landlord for the business-related use of a property, which can include storefronts, offices, and warehouses. The lease agreement outlines all the terms and conditions of the agreement, such as the lease duration, rent payment, security deposit, late fees, exclusivity, and more. Once signed by both parties, the agreement becomes a legally binding contract that is enforceable in a court of law.
