A Mississippi bill of sale is an official document that recognizes the sale of personal property. It includes the details regarding the sale, such as the parties involved, purchase price, date of sale, and a property description.
The buyer must keep a copy for their records and if they decide to register (if a motor vehicle).

Vehicle Registration Forms

- Odometer Disclosure Statement;
- Certificate of Title (use this application for a replacement if needed);
- Valid driver’s license;
- Mississippi Motor Vehicle Power of Attorney (required if a person other than the owner registers on their behalf);

- Proof of Insurance with Minimum Requirements:
- $25,000 per accident per person;
- $25,000 per accident for property damage; and
- $50,000 per accident for bodily injury.
