A Delaware general bill of sale is a document that is prepared by a seller and given to a buyer or trader of personal property. This document would be allowed as proof of a legal sale or trade between individuals and in some cases an entity and an individual. It does require notarization. Therefore, no signatures should be entered until the services of a notary have been retained for witness and authentication.
